$19.29/hour

Contract (48 months)

What You'll Do This is an entry-level role where you’ll be trained in aircraft manufacturing processes while working in a team environment under supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with fitting, drilling, and riveting aircraft parts using mechanic hand tools under direct supervision.

Ensure work and parts meet instructions from supervisors and Quality Control Inspectors.

Learn to interpret work orders, blueprints, and specifications to understand and sequence tasks.

Align and assemble parts using fixtures, pins, clamps, and fasteners for riveting.

Observe, assist, and gradually work more independently as skill and experience increase.

What You Bring Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED

Entry-level (no prior aviation experience required)

Strong

mechanical aptitude

and interest in hands‑on work

Ability to read basic documents, instructions, and perform

shop math

Basic computer skills

Good communication skills (reading, writing, speaking English)

Ability to lift up to

40 lbs

and work in a production environment

Willingness to work flexible shifts
