ABOUT OUR AGENCY Our agency opened in July 2014 and currently has two team members who play an essential role in helping our customers protect what matters most. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a bar manager and bartender — an experience that taught me the value of strong communication, multitasking, and genuine connection with people. My wife, who worked as a team member in a State Farm agency, encouraged me to take the leap into agency ownership, and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made. I’m a graduate of Chapman University, a husband, and a proud father of four. Family is at the heart of everything I do, and I strive to create that same balance and sense of belonging within our office. ROLE DESCRIPTION As Account Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member for Bradley Purcell – State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide information about insurance products and services.
Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
