The Opportunity Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Associate guarantees a consistently high customer experience in the store, upholding Psycho Bunny’s core values and service standards.
Your Daily Adventures
You will assist with the store’s visual directives and maintain standards of housekeeping.
You will develop a full understanding of computer systems to process transactions and perform functions such as merchandise transfers and order fulfillment.
You will protect store assets and inventory through awareness of loss‑prevention procedures and report any violations to a supervisor.
You will employ an authentic approach to clienteling and building long‑term relationships with customers, focusing on sales growth.
You will build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion, and capturing customer phone and e‑mail.
You will assist with all other duties as required by store management.
Your Toolkit
Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience.
Competitive, outgoing, and fun personality.
Passion for outstanding customer service.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Strong communication skills and the ability to foster a customer‑focused selling culture.
Capacity to work collaboratively with all Psycho Bunny team members to achieve objectives.
Compensation
