
RV Sales Associate

Overview
Here is a rare opportunity. We have an immediate opening on our sales team for a full-time, year-round salesperson to join our family. We currently have 4 sales specialists and are looking for the 5th person to complete the team. We do not over-stack our sales floor; five is the max. We have been in business since 1978 and sell all forms of RVs—from pop-ups to park models, motor homes, travel trailers, and 5th wheels, both new and preowned. We carry an extensive inventory throughout the season and average 500-600 sales annually. We are a "Destination Dealer" with our own state-of-the-art service center and body shop. We are progressive and growing.
The right candidate should have sales experience; RV sales experience is preferred but we will train the right person. Sales experience in any form of vehicle sales or powersports is required. You must be personable, outgoing, energetic, possess great communication skills, work well in a team environment, and be independently motivated. You should also be very customer service oriented and know your way around a computer with basic computer skills. Familiarity with social media is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
Understand and implement dealership sales process
Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery)
Present and demonstrate inventory
Review, update and manage daily inventory reports
Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership
Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards
Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certification
Must be familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
To maximize earning potential, you must be willing to work weekends
Education And/or Experience Previous sales experience is not necessary, but relevant education and prior sales training are a PLUS.
Salary Salary Range:
$75000 - $130000 / year
Pay is base plus commission. We are looking for that one special, outgoing, friendly, hands-on person to complete our sales team.
