As we continue to expand in Crowley and the surrounding Acadiana area, we're seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Representative to grow our customer base and strengthen local partnerships.

Why This Role Matters As a Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in driving growth within the Crowley market. You'll be the face of our company in the field-building trust with customers, identifying new opportunities, and delivering solutions that make a real impact. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, face-to-face interaction, and seeing direct results from their effort.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers in Crowley and surrounding areas

Prospect and develop new accounts through cold calling, referrals, and local networking

Meet with customers in person to understand needs and recommend appropriate solutions

Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and product or service offerings

Manage and grow an active sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed goals

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction

Maintain accurate customer and activity records using CRM tools

Stay informed on product offerings, pricing, and local market trends

Represent the company professionally at customer meetings and community events

What You Bring

College coursework or degree preferred

1-5 years of sales, outside sales, or customer-facing experience preferred

Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively

Comfort using CRM systems, email, and basic computer applications

Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally

Professional, goal-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to customer service

Preferred

Experience in B2B, outside sales, or territory-based sales

Background in consultative or solution-based selling

Familiarity with CRM or sales tracking systems

Knowledge of the local Crowley / Acadiana market
