Essential Duties And Responsibilities Assisting guests, with aptitude in clienteling, maintaining strong communications and relationships with customers. Willingness to obtain knowledge of products and services offered by James Free Jewelers. Ability to demonstrate and add value to the shopping experience at James Free Jewelers. Maintain the brand image of James Free Jewelers, while providing outstanding customer service. Exhibit professional sales associate characteristics, attitude, and behaviors at all times. Assist with store merchandising, visual presentation, and be responsible for the cleanliness and professional appearance of the showroom. Be able to respond to all customer inquiries through continuous education of merchandise offered by James Free Jewelers. At all times, ensure compliance with company loss prevention guidelines. Knowledge And Experience Lifestyle Consumer Goods, Enthusiasm in Fashion, Jewelry, Watches, or Interest in Retail will be considered. Well-balanced retail hours, up to forty hours, with a five-day work week. Education High School Diploma or equivalent required.
