Serve as the primary contact and product expert for new leads and existing accounts. Maintain a high level of consultative, solution-based selling to promote TeamViewer products. Showcase TeamViewer products to customers through online demos. Field and qualify inbound leads from calls and chats. Follow up on leads from campaigns like webinars, social ads, and emails. Maintain records and pipeline in CRM tools. Quote customers and follow up to close sales. Collaborate with technical sales engineers to meet customer needs. Understand customer business practices and how TeamViewer can help. Meet or exceed sales quotas and KPIs. Qualifications
Strong communication and presentation skills. Enjoy talking to people and building trust; a good listener. At least 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably SaaS. Proactive with outreach and uncovering customer needs. Good time management and multi-tasking skills. Intermediate knowledge of PC and mobile devices. Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools; experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus. Proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets. Additional Information
