About The Team
The Part‑Time Core Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. You will be responsible for delivering a world‑class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers). You will be part of the foundation that keeps our store running smoothly. Core Staff are part‑time employees with consistent schedules and responsibilities, ensuring reliable support for both our team and our fans.

Consistently deliver on KPIs, embrace being fully cross‑trained across store functions, and bring leadership potential by mentoring and supporting new team members — living our values to Dream, Care, Dare, and Deliver every day.

Qualifications
Results‑oriented seller with at least 1 year of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
Demonstrated sense of Care in your communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels.
Minimum age 18, with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time.
Consistent schedule, with an availability of at least 20 hours per week preferred.
Typical hours up to 12 hours in base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks, not to exceed 30 hours per week; dependable during peak hours or critical shifts including weekends.
