Employee Benefits: Career growth opportunities Paid Sick Leave Employee Store Discounts Work Perks (amusement parks, museums, services, etc.) Referral Bonuses Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Greeting customers and donors, providing prompt assistance Stocking and merchandising items Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the store and donation areas Following POS/Cash Register policies Ensuring safety and compliance standards Attending monthly store meetings Receiving, unloading, and stocking inventory accurately Inspecting products for defects Assisting donors with donations and providing receipts Sorting and stacking donated materials Performing additional duties as assigned Qualifications: High School diploma or GED required Ability to operate POS/Cash Register accurately Pass background check (including Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry) Effective communication skills with management, staff, customers, and donors Physical Demands: Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs Repetitive motion tasks Perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation Schedule:
Stores operate 7 days a week. Flexibility required for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Schedules are determined by management. Additional Details:
