Store Associate – Key Holder
Location: Louisville, KY (part of Liquor Barn, Party Mart, and DEP'S BRS, a subsidiary of GoPuff).
Employment Type: Full-time.
Salary Range: $58,800 – $82,300 per year.
Overview Liquor Barn, Party Mart, and DEP'S (BRS) operates 23 retail locations across Kentucky, serving customers in Louisville, Lexington, Danville, Bowling Green, Elizabethtown, Owensboro, and Northern Kentucky with a delivery radius reaching 80% of state residents.
Key Responsibilities
Open and close the store, operating the alarm system.
Act as a manager in the absence of the General Manager or Assistant Manager.
Deliver excellent customer service, recommending BRS products and driving sales.
Perform cashier duties: operate scanners and cash registers, accept cash, checks, and credit cards, issue receipts, process refunds and exchanges, and balance the drawer.
Maintain accurate pricing and inventory, replenishing stock and ensuring store cleanliness across the sales floor, stock rooms, lockers, and bathrooms.
Adhere to age verification policies and BRS procedures for coupons and gift cards.
Assist with promotions, event setup, and merchandising.
Support delivery operations: review vehicle policies, deliver items to customers according to routes and schedules, and report vehicle conditions to management.
Qualifications
21 years of age or older.
One year of experience as a store associate or customer service representative.
Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical capability to stand, move, lift up to 50 pounds, bend, and kneel as required.
