As a Key Sales Associate, you will engage customers to understand their needs, present merchandise and features, offer extended service plans and financing, and work with the sales team to meet individual and team goals. You may also assist the Store Manager or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. We value
integrity, diversity, teamwork , and
opportunities for advancement . We provide training on sales techniques, product knowledge, and career development. We ask for a commitment to excellence, a desire to grow, and a focus on providing a superior customer experience. Job Requirements:
One year of sales, retail, or jewelry experience preferred but not required. Rewards and Benefits:
Base pay of $15.00 – $16.00 plus commission, based on experience. Benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Insurance (Full-Time). 401(k), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays (Full-Time). Tuition Reimbursement, DCA courses, Training programs, Merchandise Discounts, Incentive Trips, and Contests. Signet Jewelers operates mall-based Banter by Piercing Pagoda kiosks nationwide.
