motivated, customer-focused Sales Associate
to join our team. Prior sales experience helps, but it’s not required — we’ll train the right candidate! A love for engines and a willingness to learn go a long way here. Responsibilities
Help customers (retail, dealer, and distributor) with quotes, orders, and technical support for high-performance engine services. Support sales for cylinder and cylinder head repair, rebuilds, and performance upgrades for motorcycles, UTVs, snowmobiles, watercraft, automotive, and even aviation engines. Communicate via phone, email, text, and in-person to assist and build relationships. Prospect new business and grow customer relationships — success is measured by results. Collaborate with our in-house teams (production, shipping, QC) to ensure a smooth customer experience. Travel occasionally to trade shows and dealer events to represent the brand. Qualifications
Strong understanding of internal combustion engines (2-stroke & 4-stroke). Bonus: Experience in the powersports world (personal or professional). Excellent communication skills — written and verbal. Ability to problem solve and think on your feet. Comfort standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs. Sales instincts and a customer-first mindset. Confidence presenting to team members and at meetings. Ability to read basic blueprints and interpret customer needs. Pay Range, Additional Benefits, and More
