We are currently hiring energetic, customer-focused Retail Sales Associates to represent AT&T in a store-within-a-store retail setting. If you thrive in a fast-paced retail sales environment, enjoy helping customers, and are driven by performance goals, we want to meet you.
Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities As a Retail Sales Associate, you will work inside a high-traffic retail partner location representing AT&T products and services. This is an inside retail sales role focused on customer engagement, product education, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and proactively engage customers in a busy retail sales environment
Identify customer needs through consultative selling and active listening
Educate customers on AT&T wireless products, devices, plans, and services
Drive retail sales performance by meeting and exceeding sales goals
Process transactions, activate service plans, and complete sales accurately
Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently recommend solutions
Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand compliance
Work collaboratively with team members to maximize store sales performance
Retail Sales Associate Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED (Required)
1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience (Preferred)
At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail sales environment
Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets
Basic technology proficiency (POS systems, mobile devices, tablets)
Flexible schedule availability, including weekends as needed
