Sales Specialist Responsibilities
Engage with potential clients through incoming calls, chats and emails to present our products. Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support. Organize and track potential sales leads and follow-ups using our CRM. Research potential leads from digital resources and social media platforms Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Meet and exceed agreed-upon sales targets. Proven sales experience, preferably in eCommerce but not limited. Track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for communication and sales. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) Self-motivated and able to work independently and with a team. Strong listening and sales skills. Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience What We Offer
