What You’ll Do (Sales-Focused) Sales Development

Call and qualify inbound leads and marketing-generated prospects

Make outbound calls to warm prospects and lapsed accounts

Build rapport, understand business needs, and position TeleVoIPs solutions

Set sales appointments for senior reps and yourself as you grow

Use HubSpot daily to manage pipeline and track activity

Account Support & Growth

Assist with new customer onboarding through the sales process

Prepare add-on quotes and follow-up to close new revenue Maintain relationships with existing clients to uncover upsell opportunities

Support outside reps as you learn the full sales cycle

Career Development

Attend weekly internal sales training

Participate in professional networking groups (BNI, chambers) once promoted

Learn all aspects of cloud VoIP solutions and business phone systems

Ideal Candidate You might have experience in:

Hospitality

Retail

Restaurant service

Call center (not required)

And You Are

Minimum Qualifications

1 year of customer-facing experience preferred (hospitality/retail included)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize

Comfortable making outbound calls

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Familiarity with HubSpot or CRM systems is a plus

$35,000–$40,000 base salary (DOE)
