Provide exceptional customer service that promotes products and builds brand relationships Assist the management team to build store business Support service enhancements and active use of Concierge Service multiple customers, multi-task, and manage projects Stay informed on fashion trends and product knowledge Create outfits and suggest items to match customer needs Participate in learning opportunities and respond to coaching and feedback Achieve sales and service metrics (clienteling/outreach, appointments, Talbots Classic Awards) Complete operational tasks: filling orders, replenishment, recovery Note: This position description describes the general nature of work and is not inclusive of all duties; it is subject to change.
