Customer Engagement: Promptly and courteously greet and assist walk-in and telephone customers, providing a welcoming and professional experience. Solution-Based Selling: Utilize your technical knowledge to recommend and sell plumbing products that meet customer requirements. Operational Excellence: Efficiently and accurately process customer orders, quotes, and returns. Logistical Support: Monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery and expedite orders to meet deadlines. Product Expertise: Provide detailed product information, suggest alternatives, and offer technical support to enhance satisfaction and trust. Professional Representation: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar sales or customer service role (preferred) Motivated, competitive spirit with a drive to excel in sales Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-directed environment Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 8 hours daily Benefits
