You will grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Our team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams. We are located in Lumberton, TX, and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including auto insurance, home insurance, life insurance, and retirement planning. Responsibilities
Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications
Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred. Benefits
