The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of the vehicle sales process. The main responsibility will be to showcase our range of vehicles to potential customers, explain features and benefits, negotiate prices and close sales. Responsibilities

Engage with clients, identify and capture their requirements, and tailor every interaction to provide a personalized experience. Transform customer interactions into extraordinary buying experiences. Forge strong relationships and ensure each client leaves not just satisfied, but wow’d. Crush sales targets and quotas with relentless determination and expert deal-closing skills. Seamlessly handle all paperwork, ensuring a flawless transaction from initial contact to final handshake. Deliver exhilarating test drives and showcase cutting-edge vehicle features with confidence. Provide a fast, fair and transparent vehicle purchasing process. Qualifications

Ability to communicate effectively and fluently in English is required. Ability to communicate effectively and fluently in Spanish is required. Available to work flexible hours and Saturdays. Adept at handling various web-based platforms, including DMS, CMS, and email tools, in an entirely digital, paperless setting. Thrive in a high-octane, fast-paced environment where every second counts. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Self-motivated with a passion for cars and clients. Unmatched communication and interpersonal skills, capable of winning over any customer. Strong negotiation skills with a client-centric approach. Exceptionally quick learner, capable of rapidly mastering new skills and adapting to changing environments. Who We Are
