This role focuses on generating new leads by scheduling in-home measurement and product consultation appointments that will be conducted by our client’s professional and licensed expert sales team. Promote our client’s flooring solutions at a warehouse retail location in the assigned store location Showcase interactive flooring solutions and use your communication skills Schedule in-home consultations for residential customers Educate customers about flooring solutions Accurately document and report activities, and share best practices Collect customer feedback and provide insight and recommendations Present information about flooring solution benefits and services in a compelling manner Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets What are my responsibilities?
Promote our client’s flooring solutions at a warehouse retail location in the assigned store location Showcase our client’s interactive flooring solutions and your know-how and communication skills Schedule in-home consultations for residential customers Educate customers about flooring solutions Accurately document and report activities, and share best practices Collect customer feedback and provide insight and recommendations Present information about flooring solution benefits and services in a compelling manner Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets Compensation and Schedule
First year average earnings - $40K-$50K $18/hour + lead commissions paid weekly Next day pay on demand with DailyPay 3-4 day schedule including weekends Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required 12+ months of previous retail selling experience in home improvement or flooring sales experience Flexible schedule including days, weekends, and holidays Warm, self-motivated, outgoing, and enthusiastic Ability to stage a consultative selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs Ability to perform independently in an unstructured work environment Reliable transportation Prolonged periods of standing in a store or department Proficiency with technology (computers, smartphones, digital tools) Personal cellphone with a working number for role-related communication What You Can Expect From 2020 Companies
