Responsibilities
Competitive Sales Associate positions in a family environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, helping prospective customers by: Confirming and following up on appointments Guiding their visit to the dealership lot and/or showroom Vehicle selection Delivering a professional demonstration of new/used vehicles Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales Sales Associates should be money motivated, goal oriented, with a highly competitive nature. Must be bold, articulate, and have a great sense of humor. Strong oral communication skills with the ability to build customer interest in our product. Previous dealership experience is a plus but not required. High energy, enthusiastic and money motivated. Ability to treat people with respect under all circumstances, instill trust in others while upholding company values. Self-starter that exhibits objectivity and creativity. Shows ability to work alone but come together as a team in order to achieve goals.
