first sales hire
at our new location. You’ll work closely with leadership to establish a strong local presence and deliver exceptional value to homeowners looking to upgrade or replace their HVAC systems. Responsibilities Conduct in-home evaluations to assess HVAC system replacement needs Present clear, customized quotes and explain product benefits and value Partner with technicians to identify replacement opportunities during service calls Follow up on warm leads from marketing, referrals, and service teams Maintain records of site visits, quotes, and closed sales in
ServiceTitan Qualifications Minimum
1 year of HVAC sales experience Strong communication, follow-through, and closing skills Confidence presenting in customer homes Previous experience interviewing and recruiting is a plus Seniority level
