We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Modular Building Sales Representative
to drive sales and promote our modular building solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of modular construction, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in B2B or B2G sales. You will be responsible for prospecting, presenting, and closing sales for modular building products across a range of industries including commercial, educational, industrial, and government sectors. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through networking, cold calling, and client referrals. Consult with prospective clients to assess needs and recommend appropriate modular building solutions. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, floor plans, and cost estimates to clients. Coordinate with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure feasibility and accurate fulfilment of client requirements. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings as necessary. Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor products, pricing, and market conditions. Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations related to modular construction. Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Qualifications: Proven experience in construction sales, modular building, or related fields (minimum 2–5 years preferred). Knowledge of construction processes, modular building systems, and building codes is highly desirable. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical documents. Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales tools. Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills. Willingness to travel as needed for client visits and events. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. Experience selling to school districts, government agencies, or industrial clients. Familiarity with CAD software, modular design platforms, or estimating tools.
