What You’ll Do
Work within your local retailer
Engage consumers about NRG electricity and gas
Help customers lower their energy costs
Learn to uncover consumer desires and overcome objections
Foster professional relationships with customers and colleagues
Welcome customers and politely offer solutions
Collaborate with team to accomplish goals and celebrate success
No door‑to‑door, cold calling, or telemarketing
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Six months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
Knowledge of products and services
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills
Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment
Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
Maintain customer confidentiality
Compensation & Benefits
Average weekly earnings $800‑$1,000 + first sale bonus
Base + uncapped commission
Base pay raise every 6 months
