$63,000.00 – $174,877.00 per year.

Position Overview Automotive Sales Associate / Product Specialist – responsible for answering questions about the products and services the dealership offers, ensuring customers feel welcome and supported throughout the car‑purchasing process.
Responsibilities
Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership.
Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions, listening carefully, and identifying their needs.
Work directly with employees and customers to develop relationships and enhance the sales process.
Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers.
Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
Requirements
Enthusiasm and high energy throughout the sales workday.
Friendly, competitive personality, especially when handling objections and negotiating pricing.
Strong customer service, communication, computer, and basic math skills.
Interest in training additional sales associates once you get up to speed and working in a team environment.
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
