Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Additional compensation types: Annual Bonus and Commission Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Leverage our platform to target qualified candidates seeking life insurance products, focusing on client interactions. Client Consultation: Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and present life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions. Sales Presentation: Deliver tailored presentations to individuals and groups, addressing client concerns and preferences. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships with ongoing support and service; conduct regular follow-ups for satisfaction and retention. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to position our products effectively. Sales Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records of activities and progress toward targets; prepare reports for management. Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies; protect client information and uphold ethical standards. Qualifications
Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with clients. Strong presentation and negotiation abilities. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and maintain a flexible schedule. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field is a plus.
