About the Role As a
Sales Associate at BODY20 , you’re the first point of contact for new leads and a key part of our member experience. You’ll guide prospective members through our unique technology, educate them on the benefits of EMS training, and help them select the best membership option for their goals. Your energy, confidence, and passion for fitness will help members start their BODY20 journey strong.
Responsibilities
Engage with potential members via walk-ins, phone calls, texts, and emails
Conduct studio tours and introduce prospects to the BODY20 experience
Book and confirm sessions for leads and walk-ins
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high energy in the studio
Achieve and exceed monthly sales and conversion goals
Build strong relationships with members to encourage referrals and retention
Maintain studio cleanliness and assist with day-to-day operations
Participate in community outreach and local marketing events
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals
Prior sales experience preferred (fitness, retail, or hospitality a plus)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
Enthusiasm for fitness and willingness to learn about EMS technology
