Responsibilities
Develop leads and schedule appointments
Identify customer needs and market appropriate insurance products
Build strong customer relationships with a needs-based approach
Educate clients on insurance options to help informed decisions

Sales experience preferred
Strong work ethic, adaptability, and commitment to daily goals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and contribute to a team
Basic computer proficiencyCustomer-focused mindset with desire to build lasting relationships

Compensation Base salary plus commission with bonus opportunities.
