What You Will Be Doing
As a part-time Victra Retail Sales Consultant, you will help create the ultimate in-store experience using your talents, passion for tech, and customer service skills.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and resolving issues.
Be a passionate guest advocate and connect with guests in an authentic, friendly way.
Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional service to meet customer needs.
Create personal connections with guests to simplify technology.
Foster a competitive drive and success in a fast-paced sales environment.
Assist with merchandising and operational functions.

Victra sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining base hourly rate with uncapped commission. Paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during the first 60 days of employment are provided. Paid time off accrues per policy; sick leave follows applicable state law where required.
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or GED
One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak periods
At least 18 years of age
Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Physical and Training Requirements
Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
Ability to stand for long periods
All Sales Consultants must attend a four-day New Hire University training within two weeks of start date; some travel may be required; ongoing online training will occur during employment
After You Apply You will be required to take a pre-hire assessment (about 20 minutes). If selected to move forward, a recruiter or hiring manager will provide next steps and answer questions.
