As a Brand Associate, you will bring our brand to life by engaging with customers and providing excellent service that fosters loyalty. You will use your product knowledge to educate and inspire customers, collaborating with your team to deliver a top-notch omni-channel shopping experience. Responsibilities
Treat all customers and employees with respect, contributing to a positive environment. Promote customer loyalty through education about our programs. Engage with customers to drive sales using suggestive selling techniques. Enhance the shopping experience via all available channels. Achieve personal and store goals. Support various store functions including sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap, and back of house. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Handle customer interactions and issues courteously and professionally. Execute operational tasks efficiently. Who You Are
Effective communicator capable of interacting with customers and team members. Customer-focused with a passion for retail and a positive attitude. Problem solver committed to continuous improvement and learning. Flexible schedule availability, including holidays, evenings, overnights, and weekends. Proficient with retail technology. Able to move around the store and lift up to 30 lbs. Benefits
