Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for purchases, returns, and exchanges
Maintain store appearance through merchandising, restocking, and organization
Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues efficiently
Assist with inventory counts, receiving shipments, and tagging merchandise
Qualifications
Previous retail or sales experience preferred (but not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
