Sales Representative – Paid Relocation to Cincinnati – $2500 Sign‑On Bonus
Position with Total Quality Logistics (TQL) in the Fast Track Sales Program. You will receive a paid relocation to Cincinnati, Ohio and, after training, TQL will pay for relocation to any of its 60+ offices nationwide.
Compensation
Base salary: $50,000 – $55,000 per year
Sign‑on bonus: $2,500
Uncapped commission and housing allowance
Location Cincinnati, Ohio – Paid relocation provided. Re‑relocation nationally after training.
Responsibilities
Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
Assist account executives in solving customer needs, finding carriers for time‑sensitive freight, and managing daily operations.
Participate in hands‑on and virtual training sessions.
Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold‑calling.
Build your own book of business and meet sales metrics to qualify for commission.
Establish relationships to close new customers, negotiate prices, and resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
Qualifications
College degree preferred but not required.
Competitive, self‑motivated and ambitious.
Coachable, problem‑solver, quick thinker.
Willing to live 100% in‑office.
