Overview The Retail Sales Representative will manage their assigned territory by completing store visits, surveys, and tasks. They will take pictures and complete reporting requirements with the provided technology. Must have reliable transportation and a cell phone no older than 5 years. This position includes merchandising and the ability to repeatedly bend and lift up to 50 pounds.

What You’ll Do

Service retailers in Tampa, FL and surrounding areas part-time. Schedule is Monday–Friday (3 days a week).

Location: Santa Ana, CA (within a 25 mile radius)

Part-time, 24 hours per week

Compensation: $20 hourly

Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.

Perform merchandising tasks, audits, and drive to various retail locations.

Verify product representation on store shelves; report findings to management via downloaded app.

Maintain a safe working environment; comply with attendance and dress code guidelines.

Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, squatting, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Attend client kickoff video calls; serve as Brand Ambassador; build relationships with store and department managers.

Monitor sales volume and inventory; present approved deals to store management.

Support promotional activities and displays; rotate products; assist with new item cut-ins and planograms.

Take product and display photos; complete daily and weekly reports; execute promotional campaigns as directed.

What You Should Bring

High School Diploma or GED

Reliable transportation

Valid Driver License

Proof of automobile insurance

Reliable phone (no older than 5 years) and internet service for daily communication

Willingness to drive to stores in the assigned territory to complete retail tasks and audits

Communication stipends - $2.50/day
