Inside Sales Representative / Account Manager
NOW HIRING an inside sales representative/account manager to join our team. As the first point of contact for daily customer service needs, you will collaborate closely with Outside Sales and internal teams to ensure effective account management and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a strong understanding of company products, processes, and capabilities.
Manage customer orders, including accurate entry and ongoing maintenance.
Prepare quotations for new business opportunities, considering labor, freight, and material costs in compliance with company policies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts to ensure excellent customer service and business retention.
Coordinate customer projects, including materials, tooling, and manufacturing orders, in collaboration with Outside Sales, Manufacturing, and Quality Control teams.
Work with Purchasing to place and expedite purchase orders while balancing lead times and cost considerations.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Provide timely responses, quality service, and thorough follow-up to all customer inquiries.
Monitor and manage contracts, inventory levels, and usage estimates to optimize stock and reduce surplus.
Support purchasing activities through accurate tracking and open order follow-up.
Qualifications
Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or related field preferred.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems is a plus.
Base Pay Range $50,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr
