Position Overview We are seeking a

Client Services Representative

to serve as an

inside sales professional

working directly with both consumer and business customers.

In this role , you will manage inbound demand, convert inquiries into sales, generate and follow up on quotes, process orders, and actively grow customer accounts.

This position also includes booking and qualifying warm leads, scheduling appointments, and supporting revenue-generating activities for the outside sales team. While customer-focused in nature, this role carries clear sales expectations and requires comfort with outbound communication to close opportunities.

This position is

on-site in Provo, Utah . Remote work is not available.

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Location:

Provo, Utah Pay Range:

$22–$25 per hour, DOE

What You’ll Do Inside Sales & Revenue Generation

Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound customer inquiries, with responsibility for

converting interest into sales

Build accurate quotes, present pricing, and guide customers through the purchasing process

Proactively follow up on open quotes, inactive opportunities, and prior customer interactions to drive close rates

Book and qualify warm leads and schedule appointments for the outside sales team

Upsell and cross-sell products and solutions when appropriate to maximize order value

Customer & Account Management

Work with a diverse customer base, including fence contractors, distributors, homeowners/DIYers, home builders, and retail partners

Review project plans and specifications (training provided) to generate accurate pricing for fencing projects

Maintain and grow customer relationships through consistent, consultative communication

Investigate product claims and provide resolutions in accordance with company policy while protecting customer relationships

Sales Support & Outreach

Support business development initiatives through outbound phone calls, email, text, and social media outreach as needed

Provide administrative and customer support to assigned field sales representatives

Collaborate with the outside sales and operations teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction

CRM & Reporting

Accurately document all customer interactions, quotes, and sales activity in the CRM system

Maintain organized records to support forecasting, follow-up, and sales reporting

What You’ll Bring

Some college coursework or equivalent relevant work experience

1+ year of experience

in inside sales, account management, or customer service with sales responsibilities

Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable leading sales conversations by phone and email

Confidence in making outbound calls to warm leads and following up to close business

High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills

Sales-oriented mindset with a strong customer-first approach

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Technical

Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)

CRM Systems: 6 months (Preferred)
