Gator Isuzuis seeking a reliable and customer-focused Parts Counter person to join our team in Melbourne, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing parts inventory and providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring they receive the right parts and support for their vehicles.
Responsibilities
Assist customers in locating and ordering automotive parts and accessories.
Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels.
Process sales transactions and handle parts returns or exchanges.
Work closely with service and repair teams to ensure timely parts availability.
Provide knowledgeable advice and information about parts and vehicle specifications.
Follow safety and company policies while handling parts and equipment.
Requirements
Previous experience in automotive parts or inventory management is required.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Basic computer skills for inventory management and sales processing.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Knowledge of Isuzu parts is a plus.
