Lead Generation / Customer Service Representatives . In this role, you’ll represent our brand inside retail locations and community events, helping homeowners learn about solutions for cleaner, healthier water.

What You’ll Do
Represent Carroll Water at retail locations, events, and promotional setups
Engage shoppers in friendly, professional conversation
Educate customers on the benefits of residential water treatment systems
Collect and qualify customer interest for follow‑up by our sales team
Provide a positive and informative customer experience
Share customer feedback with internal teams

Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Outgoing and comfortable initiating conversations with new people
Reliable and able to work independently
Availability on weekends (some evenings may be required)
Prior customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts (up to approximately 8 hours)
Ability to lift, carry, and set up promotional materials (up to approximately 50 lbs)
Work Environment
Retail store locations and event‑based settings
Interaction with the general public in a face-to-face environment
Work Location
In-person role at assigned retail or event locations
Must be able to travel to assigned sites within the region
