Responsibilities:

Process Manager Support:

Enhance Drilling Solutions order log file through data input, extraction, and visualization (charts and graphs).

Utilize platforms like Power BI to extract and manipulate data related to production capacity and model lead time across three factories.

Develop tools or incorporate programs for forecasting (Salesforce, Market Reportal, spreadsheets).

Assist with data cleanup in Drilling Solutions order files and upload relevant documents into Machine Order system (Purchase Orders, Terms & Conditions).

Support netting requests for potential order changes.

Order To Delivery Manager Support:

Provide administrative support with Cincom Sales Portal (CSP).

Review alignment between Cincom Sales Portal (CSP), Option Logic Diagram (OLD), and Price Make Up (PMU).

Configure new machine orders and change requests using the Option Logic Diagram (OLD).

Correct rules on Price Make Up (PMU)/Option Logic Diagram (OLD) and restructure OLD format for easier configuration.

Submit CPI, Jira Market Planning Request (MRP) tickets, and deviations as needed.

Participate in meetings and coordinate with other departments and stakeholders.

Extract and compile Salesforce CRM marketing data for Pre-MOs and forecast models.

Perform data analysis and create graphic models for strategic vectors.

Model market share, fleet replacement, Total Cost of Ownership, and other templates for accurate, timely decision-making.

Knowledge/Education:

Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior in a bachelor’s or graduate program with anticipated graduation dates between Fall 2026-May 2027.

Preferred majors: Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Data Science, Marketing Analytics, or related fields.

Proficiency in Excel and SQL and experience with data modeling.

Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and CRM systems (Salesforce).

Understanding of forecasting models and basic statistical concepts.

Skills and Abilities:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Ability to manipulate and interpret large datasets from multiple sources.

Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Self-starter with curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
