Community Canvasser

The Outreach Team, Richmond, VA, United States

Hiring Immediately - $25-27/hr + bonuses Full‑time & part‑time positions.

Help us turn out voters in Virginia to vote YES on Redistricting! With Trump and MAGA‑controlled legislatures in other states working to rig congressional maps, Virginians are at risk of having their voices diminished in Washington. Virginians vote April 21st on a constitutional amendment that gives voters, not politicians, the power to protect fair representation for Virginia. From now through Election Day, April 21st, our team will connect directly with voters on the ground and will be asking voters to VOTE YES to pass the new temporary redistricting amendment.

This role is a great opportunity to gain experience in Leadership, Communication & Advocacy, Community Outreach & Engagement, Campaign Work, Public Policy, and Social Enterprise.

Canvassing positions start at $25/hour. Team Lead positions start at $27/hour and may receive overtime pay, paid training, sick pay, and bonuses for friend referrals.
