Collier & Associates is seeking a highly organized, service-driven Transaction Coordinator, Brokerage to support our agents and clients through every stage of the transaction lifecycle, from executed contract to closing.
This role serves as the operational backbone of the brokerage, ensuring every transaction is seamless, compliant, and professionally managed. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with confidence, and takes pride in delivering a best-in-class client experience.
This is a high-impact, commission-based role designed for a licensed REALTOR® who wants to leverage their expertise in a structured, operations-focused capacity while contributing to the growth and efficiency of the brokerage.
Key Responsibilities
Transaction Management & Coordination
Manage all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to close Track and enforce critical deadlines, contingencies, and compliance requirements Prepare, review, and maintain accurate transaction files within brokerage systems Coordinate with lenders, title companies, inspectors, agents, and vendors Agent & Client Support
Serve as the primary point of contact for agents and clients throughout the transaction Provide proactive communication and status updates to all parties Ensure a smooth, professional experience that reflects the Collier & Associates brand Compliance & Brokerage Operations
Ensure all files meet Arkansas Real Estate Commission (AREC) compliance standards Audit documentation for accuracy and completeness prior to closing Support brokerage systems including MLS input, BrokerMint, and internal platforms Assist with listing input and documentation as needed Process Optimization
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, timelines, and client experience Help maintain and refine SOPs across transaction management and compliance Contribute to scaling operations as brokerage volume grows Core Services Delivered (Aligned with Collier & Associates TC offering)
Deadline and contract management Coordination across all transaction stakeholders Client communication and experience management Compliance tracking and risk mitigation Administrative support that frees agents to focus on revenue-generating activities Qualifications
Required
2+ years of real estate transaction experience (TC, agent, or similar role) Strong understanding of contracts, timelines, and closing processes Exceptional organizational and time management skills High attention to detail with a compliance-first mindset Preferred
Experience with MLS systems, BrokerMint, Dotloop, or similar platforms Background supporting high-volume agents or teams Familiarity with Northwest Arkansas real estate market
