This is a dynamic, "roll‑up‑your‑sleeves" position that handles everything from the initial heavy lifting to closing the final sale. You will be the backbone of our market presence, ensuring our booth looks professional and our customers leave happy.

What you’ll be doing as a Market Operations And Sales Assistant
Booth Logistics: Assist with unloading equipment and product. Lead the physical setup of the booth (tents, tables, displays) to create an inviting shopping experience.
Sales & Engagement: Proactively greet customers, explain product benefits, and process transactions efficiently.
Operations: Maintain an organized inventory throughout the day and assist with restocking displays.
Breakdown: Efficiently tear down the booth, pack products securely, and reload the vehicle at the end of the market.
Available Shifts Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)
Job Requirements
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady.
Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions (rain or heat).
Strength: Must be able to comfortably lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑traffic environment.
Sales‑Minded: You enjoy talking to people and have a natural ability to connect with customers.
