Job Description

The Part Time Data Entry Clerk will assist with the beginning phases of AP and AR by matching packing slips to invoices, verifying that the data matches and then entering into the database. Accurately input, update, and maintain information in company systems, handling invoices, packing slips, and other sensitive information. Requires high attention to detail. Transfer information from source documents invoices, receipts, and forms into company systems. Check for accuracy, correct errors, and identify inconsistencies. File, scan, and organize physical and digital documents, as well as run reports. Adhere to data protection protocols, particularly with sensitive information. Skills Required

HS Diploma or GED. 2+ years of accounts payable or accounts receivable experience. Strong data entry and attention to detail skills. Experience working with a manufacturing company. Skills Preferred

Open to a recent college graduate with a degree in Accounting who is looking for an opportunity to learn.
