A Day In The Life
We are seeking a dedicated Marketing intern to support the International Marketing Operations team for the LATAM and Canada regions. This role involves being the primary point of contact between the legal department and the markets, ensuring that all marketing agreements and promotions are managed and submitted efficiently. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in marketing and legal operations within a vibrant and fast-paced industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail, enabling them to effectively handle multiple tasks and prioritize workflow.
The Impact You\'ll Make
Review and process marketing agreements submitted through our contract management software, "Conga". This includes long form agreements, short form agreements, and consumer promotions
Collaborate closely with the legal department to review and finalize marketing agreements
Carefully examine agreements to ensure the accuracy of business terms such as duration, deliverables, and other consideration
Assist trade marketing managers in receiving and processing consumer promotion terms and conditions for review and approval by the legal department
Maintain and track submissions of consumer promotions on Excel
Oversee the management of the agreement priority report and generate weekly reports for the markets, providing the latest updates on agreement statuses
Develop and generate customized reports from Conga for managers and directors according to their specific needs
Send and respond to emails daily

Excellent communication
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and regions
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. with the ability to prioritize and multitask
Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
Office based in Corona, CA
Compensation & Location Monster Energy provides a base pay of $18 hourly for this position . Location: Office based in Corona, CA.
