What You’ll Do... As a Commercial Operations Representative at Turner Pest Control, you will be the friendly and professional voice our customers count on. You’ll handle incoming calls and emails, helping customers with scheduling, billing, and general service questions. You’ll work in a fast‑paced environment, often juggling multiple tasks at once while ensuring each customer feels valued and heard. Whether you’re answering complex billing questions, coordinating services across departments, or following up on previous requests, your goal is to resolve issues quickly and leave every customer with a great impression of our company. You’ll also make outbound calls and send emails related to service renewals and appointment reminders, all while maintaining clear and positive communication with teammates, field staff, and managers. Your positive attitude, problem‑solving skills, and commitment to excellent service will make a meaningful impact every day.

Who You Are...

One or more years of administrative/office experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

The ability to multi‑task and thrive in a fast‑paced environment

The ability to effectively manage your time, prioritize multiple tasks, and maximize performance while remaining customer‑focused

High School Diploma or equivalent

One year call center experience (Preferred)
