## DescriptionAs a Parts Advisor at Scharmach Automotive Group, you will provide direct assistance to customers and service technicians at the parts counter. Your role is to deliver exceptional service by sourcing and supplying automotive parts and accessories, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions, and maintaining strong customer relationships.Key Responsibilities:* Assist walk-in customers at the front counter in identifying and sourcing the correct automotive parts and accessories for their needs.* Provide accurate quotes on parts pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.* Collaborate with service technicians and advisors to fulfill repair order parts requests efficiently.* Process customer orders, returns, and payments accurately using dealership management software.* Maintain an organized and professional appearance at the front counter and parts display areas.* Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to parts selection or orders.* Stay updated on product knowledge, including new parts, accessories, and recalls.* Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and coordinating with the parts manager for reorders.* Promote dealership specials and accessories to customers to enhance their experience.* Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and professional interaction at all times.## QualificationsQualifications:* High school diploma or equivalent.* Previous experience in a front counter parts advisor role or customer-facing automotive position preferred.* Strong knowledge of automotive systems, parts, and terminology.* Excellent communication and customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.* Proficiency in dealership management software and inventory systems.* Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.* Valid Washington State driver’s license with a clean driving record.Pay range is $19.00 to $21.00 an hour.**Equal Opportunity Statement:**Scharmach Automotive Group is an equal opportunity employer.
