Job Description
Maintain daily operations of Storage property
Successful conversion of Leads
Sales of boxes, locks, and packing material
Manage account receivable process through pursuit of collections, posting of payments, and processing of daily bank deposit
Ensures the company standards of cleanliness & appearance
Marketing to local businesses and apartment managers
Maintain accurate records for each customer including lease, addendums, and correspondence
Perform light repair and maintenance duties, including but not limited to: clean units and interior buildings, wiping down doors, pickup up trash, cleaning hallways, office, and bathrooms
Perform preventive maintenance such as but not limited to: change HVAC filters as required, grease door springs on roll-up doors, oil gate chain as needed, routine maintenance of golf cart
Monitors the physical condition of the property and reports any maintenance issues
Oversee contractors and third-party vendor’s work
keeps foreclosure documentation organized and accurate, following company foreclosure checklist and set guidelines
Assist with the auction process
Manage U-Haul transactions, rentals, reservations, truck/trailer parking and routine maintenance
Job Requirements
Excellent communication skills both on the phone and in person
Works well in a team setting or independently
Has good organizational skills and basic bookkeeping
Knowledge of computers is a must (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Etc.)
Valid driver's license and insurance with access to reliable transportation
Open work availability, including weekends and some holidays
Ability & willingness to perform light maintenance such as sweeping, mopping, wiping, lifting, etc.
Willing to travel/work in multiple locations if needed (temporarily)
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must have a High School Diploma/GED equivalent and at least two years of related experience (sales/customer service/leasing/rentals)
Must be a team player and have strong leadership skills
Must be profit driven
Job requires constant movement and must be able to lift and move 35 lbs. regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
Must have clean employment history, criminal history, driving record and pass a drug screen
We anticipate approximately $400/month in earned bonuses for this position in 2026
