Junk Removal & Customer Experience Specialist
Location:
West Valley City, UT
Pay:
average $25.40/hr
Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service and create positive experiences.
Drive and load trucks safely in coordination with team.
Perform heavy and light lifting to clear junk from residential and commercial sites.
Advocate the company brand and provide accurate estimates; participate in daily role‑play training.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain professional appearance in uniform.
Qualifications
At least 21 years old.
Valid standard driver’s license.
Previous customer service, sales, labor, or delivery experience preferred.
Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly.
Experience in delivery, warehouse, moving, or general labor is a plus.
Availability to work weekend shifts (Saturday or Sunday).
