Salary Range : $43,000 - $63,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Process and verify customer orders for manufactured goods, ensuring accuracy of product specifications and quantities.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, order status, and technical specifications.
Resolve customer complaints related to product quality, shipping discrepancies, or delivery delays, coordinating with production and quality control.
Liaise between customers and internal departments (e.g., production, logistics, engineering) to facilitate order fulfillment and problem resolution.
Maintain accurate customer records and detailed documentation of all communications and transactions within the CRM system.
Provide customers with proactive updates on production schedules, lead times, and shipping information for their orders.
Handle product return authorizations and warranty claims, adhering to company policies and manufacturing guidelines.
Recommended Qualifications
Experience in a B2B customer service role within the manufacturing sector.
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for order processing and inquiry management.
