Responsibilities
Process customer orders and invoicing with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to order status, shipping issues, inventory availability, and delivery schedules. Resolve customer issues regarding returns, exchanges, and damaged goods in a timely and professional manner. Investigate order‑related or inventory issues and provide effective solutions to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Partner with warehouse and shipping teams to resolve complex issues and elevate concerns as needed. Monitor inventory levels and discrepancies, coordinating with warehouse personnel to maintain accurate records. Collaborate cross‑functionally with logistics, shipping, and other internal teams to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; 2–4 years of experience in customer service or a related role preferred, ideally within a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment. Prior experience with order entry and/or invoicing processes preferred. Working knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and customer service processes. Ability to perform routine tasks under direct supervision, handling standard customer inquiries while escalating more complex issues as needed.
