Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in San Bernardino, CA for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will contribute to developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and creating effective marketing plans. The role includes managing sales accounts, providing exceptional customer service, participating in training to improve performance, and working closely with internal teams to meet sales goals. Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and team members. Experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and maintain account relationships. Capability in Training and developing strategies to enhance team performance and achieve company objectives. Proficiency in using CRM tools and data‑driven approaches to track sales metrics and improve performance. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
